Three rules
That is the whole method. The target is a minimum, never a limit.
3×
Start at three times your max
One max test sets your daily minimum. Split it into as many sets as you like.
+1
One more every day
Hit the target and tomorrow’s is one higher, up to 400 a day. You can always do more.
+5
Five more for a missed day
A day below the target counts as missed and breaks your streak. Those reps still count towards the million.
Built for the long haul
A million takes years. The app is built for the bad days too.
Log in two taps
Add +5, +10, +20 or any number, and undo a mistake. Your phone stays out of the way.
A ceiling at 400
Growth stops at 400 a day. Going further is your choice, and you can always step back.
Streak repair
At the ceiling, after one missed day, doing 25% more than the target saves the streak.
Pause for illness or injury
Pause for 1, 3 or 7 days with no penalty and an intact streak.
A way back
Penalties stop after seven days in a row, and the app suggests a new test instead of burying you.
Reminders that stop
One at your time and a last call at 21:00, only if the day is not done yet.

Questions
How long does a million push-ups take?
Doing only the minimum and starting from a max of 20, about seven years. Anyone who does more gets there sooner: the target is a minimum, not a limit.
What if I am not fit yet?
The plan starts from your own max test, at three times that number, and never above 400. If it is too much today, split it into small sets across the day.
What happens if I miss a day?
Your streak breaks and tomorrow’s target rises by 5 instead of 1. Reps you did still count towards the total. Penalties stop after seven days in a row.
What if I get sick or injured?
Use a pause of 1, 3 or 7 days. There is no penalty and your streak stays. If something hurts, stop and see a doctor: this app is not medical advice.
Do I need an account?
No. Without one, your progress stays on your phone. Sign in with Apple or Google only if you want a backup that survives a new phone.
What happens when my subscription ends?
The app locks and reminders stop, but your data stays. If you subscribe again, the days without access count as a pause, so you keep your streak.
How do I cancel?
In your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. The store handles payments and refunds.
Today’s push-ups won’t do themselves.
